-
Pilates
Pilates focuses on controlled movements to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages—including adults, children, athletes, dancers, and seniors—it emphasizes breathwork, alignment, and mindful body awareness. Lessons may include a reformer, Cadillac, chair, ladder barrel.
-
Pilates: Rehab and Recovery
Pilates supports rehab and recovery by promoting controlled movement, core strength, and flexibility—key elements in healing from prolonged hospitalizations, post-operative care, and deconditioning after injury or illness. Its gentle, adaptive approach helps restore mobility, improve posture, and rebuild overall body confidence in a safe and mindful way.
-
The Oov
The Oov creates a dynamic 3D environment that supports movement in all three planes, mimicking the natural curves and motion of the spine. By enhancing motor control, it helps reduce injury and pain while improving balance, strength, and overall functional movement.
-
Primal Flow and Other Movement
Primal Flow and similar movement practices focus on restoring the natural, fundamental movement patterns humans evolved with—such as crawling, squatting, and twisting. These practices enhance mobility, strength, and coordination by reconnecting the body to its innate, functional movement potential.
-
Meditation
Meditation is a powerful complement to Pilates, deepening the mind-body-soul connection that lies at the heart of the practice. By cultivating stillness and awareness, meditation enhances focus during movement, encourages mindful breath, and supports emotional clarity and resilience. Group meditations will be offered twice a week—Morning Rise to gently awaken the mind, and evening sessions to quiet mental noise and promote inner peace.

Children and Adolescents
Pilates offers children a fun and supportive way to build physical strength, body awareness, and mental focus. By improving posture, coordination, and core stability, it lays a foundation for healthy movement patterns that support brain development and emotional regulation. The structured yet playful nature of Pilates also nurtures discipline, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for movement and self-care.
On Saturdays, our special weekend class "Where the Wild Things Are" invites children to explore movement and creativity through a two-hour experience combining Pilates and artistic expression. This unique class fosters imagination, emotional growth, and self-confidence—encouraging each child to move freely, express themselves fully, and connect mind and body in a joyful, supportive environment
